Yes. When ORBIS finds a price discrepancy on an invoice, it generates a formal claim and sends it to the supplier by email. You receive a WhatsApp notification. The dispute is logged and tracked until resolution.

I am Georgia's first certified sommelier, former resort CEO, hospitality college founder, published author, and 30-year veteran of international hospitality across Georgia, Brazil, and Manhattan.
