Yes. Every supplier invoice is read line-by-line, compared against your contracted prices and prior invoices. Discrepancies flag immediately; disputes draft and send themselves from your inbox.
Does it work in languages other than English?
Yes. Russian, Georgian, Spanish, Portuguese supported. The chat happens in your language; the system understands.
What if the AI makes a wrong decision?

Will my staff need to install anything?
No. Staff receive schedules and updates on the WhatsApp they already use. No new app, no separate login.
Does it handle reservations?
Reservations are an add-on (one-message activation). The base system handles back-office; the reservations module ties to guest memory and scheduling.
What about the WhatsApp voice agent / Night Hostess?
On the runway - not yet shipping. We will not sell it until it sounds like a human you would actually hire.
Can it integrate with QuickBooks or Restaurant365?
Not yet. Accounting-platform integrations are on the runway. Today ORBIS runs standalone for independents without a GL workflow.
